Bangladesh Parliament dissolved, former PM Khaleda Zia released from house arrest

The Bangladeshi parliament has been dissolved by the President.
The leaders of student protests had called on demonstrators to be ready to take more action if it wasn't dissolved this hour.
It comes after long-term Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, resigned on Monday, Aug 5, 2024 and fled to India.
