Once again, there has been a political instability in Jammu and Kashmir. The BJP has withdrawn support from the coalition government. After this Mehbooba Mufti sent her resignation to the governor from the post of Chief Minister. Along with this, Mehbooba has convened a meeting of PDP.
On the other hand, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said that what happened in the state was good. Congress will not make any government with PDP at any cost.
Earlier, The Bharatiya Janata Party has announced a withdrawal of support from the PDP-BJP coalition government of Jammu and Kashmir. The BJP has sent a letter of withdrawal of support to the Governor. On Tuesday, BJP spokesman Ram Madhav said that it was not possible for the coalition government to go ahead in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that such a consultation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah has been done.
Ram Madhav said that with the consent of all, it was decided to abolish this alliance. Ram Madhav said that there was an alliance with PDP for peace in Jammu and Kashmir. The Central Government has given a lot of help to the development in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that PDP had the leadership of the coalition. The PDP did something to hinder. Mehbooba has failed completely in carrying out the liability. The development of Jammu and Ladakh was ignored. In this way, the BJP ministers could not work properly. Ram Madhav said that Mahbuba government was unable to handle the state.
Ram Madhav, in-charge of Jammu and Kashmir BJP said that the BJP has demanded governor's rule here. He said that now the governor's rule is expected to improve the condition of the state. He said that despite the withdrawal of support from the government, the operation will continue against the terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir.
It is significant that BJP President Amit Shah called all the BJP ministers and state president of Jammu and Kashmir in New Delhi. It was believed that Amit Shah could take a big decision on the PDP-BJP coalition.
In the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections of 2014, the People's Democratic Party got 28 seats, BJP 25 and National Conference 15 seats out of 87 seats. Whereas Congress got 12 and others got 9 seats.
Responding to BJP's support from the PDP government, Shiv Sena has expressed its reaction and said it is natural. Shiv Sena spokesman Sanjay Raut said that this coalition was anti-national and unnatural. Our party chief had said that this coalition will not move forward. If they keep this coalition going forward, they have to answer in the 2019 elections.
