To prevent the growing pollution in India's Delhi, the administration on Tuesday increased the vehicle parking fee four times. Sisodia has also directed the Environment Department to submit a report on the city's pollution level by Tuesday evening. He said that the Delhi Government will take a final decision on closing schools after studying the report and on the different days of the week to plan to run vehicles according to the even-odd numbers.

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has for the first time made it to the prestigious Times Higher Education (THE) World University Ranking 2018.
