Wife filed a lawsuit on Mohammed Shami of rape and conspiracy of murder

An FIR filed against Indian cricketer Mohammad Shami by his wife Hasin Jahan on Thursday (March 8th) in Kolkata. Shami's wife had earlier accused him of having an affair with the girls in front of the media.

After the allegations leveled by the wife, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has expelled Shami from the annual contract. Hasin had told the media that Mohammad Shami has been torturing hem mentally and physically for the last two years. He is demanding divorce from her.

Hasin had alleged that Shami had planned to assassinate her along with his brother. Where Hasin told that Shami had told his brother that you killed her and buried her in the forest somewhere.

According to Hasin Jahan, Mohammad Shami has been in a relationship with many girls for 5 years. She also said that Mohammad Shami wanted to marry a Bollywood actress like Team India captain Virat Kohli.

Hasin alleged that on the request of a Mohammad bhai, Shami had taken money from Pakistani girl Alisba to fix the match in Dubai. She had said that when Shami can cheat his wife, can give cheat to the country too. Hasin also told that Shami wanted to take his Pakistani girlfriend on their visit to Sri Lanka in 2017.

Ban on Sreesanth: Supreme Court asks BCCI for reply

Challenging the life ban imposed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in the spot-fixing case, former cricketer S Sreesanth filed a petition, on which the Supreme Court asked the BCCI on Monday to respond. While hearing the case, Chief Justice Deepak Mishra, Justice A.M. Khanvilkar and Justice D.Y. Chandrachud's bench has given four weeks to respond to the BCCI. The court also granted Sreesanth four weeks to respond to the BCCI's response.

Senior advocate Parag Tripathi accepted the notice on behalf of the BCCI. Senior advocate Salman Khurshid on behalf of Sreesanth said that in the absence of evidence the trial court acquits the former cricketer and it is not justified to impose a life ban on them even after this.
