Corona virus infection also affects the heart of patients.

A study by the University of Edinburgh, UK has indicated the effects of this virus on the hearts of the infected.

Many countries, including South Korea, are using this medicine to treat diseases caused by the corona virus. So far no vaccine has been prepared for this virus.

The drug maker Gaylead said on Friday that an analysis has revealed that the use of Remdesivir has reduced the risk of dying of patients from the ailing Covid 19.

But the company has also said that extensive clinical trials need to be done to ensure the benefits.

Russia's Seknoff University has claimed successful testing of the Covid-19 vaccine on volunteers.

Speaking to Russian news agency Tas, Chief Researchers Ilina Smolyarchuk has said that the research results show that the vaccine is effective.

He said, "Research has been completed and it has been proved that this drug is safe." Volunteers will be discharged on 15 July and 20 July. Ilina is the Head of Clinical Research and Medicines at Seknoff University.

Volunteers will be kept under observation after being discharged from the university. In this university, the vaccine was given to a parley group of 18 volunteers on 18 June, while the other group was given this vaccine on 23 June.

The Russian Embassy in India has tweeted in this regard that it is the world's first vaccine against Covid-19.

At the same time, clinical trials of vaccines made in India are also going on. The UK-based vaccine at Oxford University is also undergoing testing. Its initial results have also been encouraging.

Indian Drug Controller Association CDSCO has approved the drug ilizomev used for the skin disease psoriasis for the treatment of Covid-19.

According to the news agency PTI, while granting this permission, it has been said that it can be used only in emergency situations and written approval letter of each patient must be obtained before its use.

An official associated with the organization has said, "The clinical trial of this drug has been done on Covid-19 patients in India." A committee of many other experts, including AIIMS pulmonologists, pharmacologists, medicine experts, found this drug suitable for the treatment of cytokine release syndrome in Covid-19 patients experiencing breathing difficulties. The Ministry of Health of India addressed the media on Thursday about the status of Covid-19 in India at a gap of 20 days.

How many viruses are there in the world, it is not known yet. Just know that most of these viruses do not spread any disease in humans. There are thousands of viruses, which play a very important role in running this earth's ecosystem. Then whether they are insects, cows, buffalo or humans.

Now that we do not know about most viruses, we do not even know how many viruses are dangerous for humans. Viral scientist Curtis Suttle of the University of British Columbia says, "If we look at the total number of virus species, the number of viruses that are dangerous to humans would be around zero."

Viruses are the axis of the ecosystem. The most important viruses for us are those that infect bacteria. These are called Fagus. Which means those who swallow.

Tony Goldberg says that Fagus viruses play an important role in controlling bacterial populations in the sea. If these viruses end, then the balance of the sea will suddenly deteriorate.

90 percent of the organisms in the sea are microbes, or small one-cell organisms. They make up half of the Earth's oxygen. And this cannot be done without viruses. Viruses found in the sea kill half of the bacteria and 20 percent microbes daily.

Due to this, mosses, algae and other vegetation present in the sea are fed. With which they make oxygen through photo-synthesis, with the help of sunlight. And this oxygen keeps life on the earth. If the virus ends, there will not be enough oxygen in the sea. Then life on earth will not be possible.

Curtis Suttle says, "If death is not there, life is not possible." Because life depends on the recycling of the elements present on earth. And this recycling is done by viruses.

Viruses are also necessary to control the population of organisms in the world. Whenever the population of an organism grows, viruses control the population by attacking it. For example, human populations are controlled by epidemics. If there are no viruses, the population of organisms on Earth will be out of control. If only one species dominates, then biodiversity will disappear.

The survival of some organisms is dependent on viruses. Such as cows and other ruminants. Viruses help these organisms convert grass cellulose into sugar. And then it becomes the source of meat and milk on their body.

Viruses also play a major role in controlling bacteria that grow inside humans and other organisms.

The grass of America's famous Yellowstone National Park can tolerate severe heat, so the virus is responsible for it. This research has been proved by Roussink and his team.

The virus found in halapeno seeds protects it from insects that soak up the sap. Roussink's team, in their research, has found that some plants and fungi transfer the virus from one generation to another, so that their safety cycle remains. If the virus was not profitable, why would plants do it?

Viruses form the protection cycle of humans. Infection of many viruses protects us from certain types of microbes. GB virus C, a distant relative of the virus responsible for dengue, is one such virus. Because of this, AIDS disease does not spread rapidly in an infected person. And if this virus is in a person's body, then the possibility of dying from the Ebola virus is reduced.

Herpes virus can protect us from diseases like plague and listeria. Herpes victims are protected from the bacteria of these diseases.

Viruses can also become medicines to fight many of our diseases. There was a lot of research in this direction in the Soviet Union in the 1920s. Now many scientists in the world are doing research on virus therapy again. The way bacteria are becoming immune to anti-biotic, then we have to find an alternative to anti-biotic soon. Viruses can do this. They can be used to eliminate bacteria or cancer cells that spread disease.

Curtis Suttle says, "To fight against these diseases, we can use the virus in the same way as a guided missile. Who will directly target the target microbes, destroy bacteria or cancer cells." Through the virus, we can prepare a new generation of medicines to treat all diseases.

Since viruses constantly change, they have a wealth of genetic information. They enter other cells and capture the system of copying their genes. Therefore, the genetic code of these viruses is forever recorded in the cell of that organism.

We also got eight percent of the genes of humans from the virus itself. In 2018, two teams of scientists discovered that the codes we got from viruses millions of years ago play a big role in saving our memory.

If today, instead of laying eggs, humans are able to give birth to a child directly, then this is also a wonder of infection of a virus. Approximately 13 million years ago, the infection of retroviruses spread widely among human ancestors. It was due to a gene in the human cells from that infection that humans developed the concept of having a baby directly instead of conceiving and then laying eggs.

Scientists have just started research on all the roles that viruses are playing on the earth. As we learn more about them, we will be able to use the virus better. Perhaps they will give us the means to fight many diseases or other such help, which is good for the whole earth, not just humanity. Therefore, instead of hating the virus, continuous efforts should be made to know more about them.

India has come at number three in the world in terms of corona infection. The only ray of hope among growing cases of infection is the formation of its vaccine. But the biggest question is when will the corona vaccine be made and when will it reach people?

First came a circular of the Indian Council of Medical Research, i.e. ICMR, on 2 July, stating that by 15 August, India would produce a vaccine called Biotech Covaxin.

The ICMR subsequently issued an explanation on this circular. The clarification stated that the circular was issued only because government files continued to move faster in the process.

But the matter did not end here. Now, an article of the Institute of Science Dissemination under the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Central Government has stirred again.

In such a situation, questions are arising that why the government is looking in a hurry regarding the corona vaccine? And can the process of making a vaccine be announced properly beforehand?

This article still exists on the website of the Information Bureau (PIB). It has also been claimed in the article that wherever Corona vaccine is made in the world, it is not possible to get it in the whole world without its production in India.

The article published on the PIB website no longer mentions the time limit for the vaccine.

On this whole controversy, BBC correspondent Saroj Singh contacted Doctor TV Venkateswara over phone.

Dr. Randeep Guleria, director of AIIMS in Delhi, has also made it clear in an interview with a private news channel that the talk of indigenous vaccine trials by August 15 seems impractical.

He made it clear in the interview that the objective of the ICMR letter was that every institution should move towards doing their work faster.

AIIMS in Delhi is also going to have a trial of this indigenous vaccine made by Bharat Biotech.

On the other hand, Biocon India chairperson Kiran Mazumdar Shaw also wrote on Twitter, "It is impossible to complete Phase 1 to 3 trials for the Kovid-19 vaccine in 6 months."

BBC Telugu correspondent Deepti Bathini spoke to Suchitra Alla, managing director of Bharat Biotech, hours before ICMR's letter.

Suchitra Alla said, "One thousand people will be selected in the first phase of the human clinical trial." All international guidelines will be followed for this. The election of volunteers will also be closely monitored. Those from all over the country will be selected for trials which are Covid-free. It will take at least 30 days to know what the reaction was on those people.

He added, "We do not know whether the geographical conditions will also have an impact." That is why we have chosen people from all over India. We want to make sure that it has a good response. It will take 45 to 60 days to submit the data for the first phase.

After taking blood samples, the test cycle cannot be reduced. Test results will take 15 days to reach us.

In India, all efforts are being made to prepare the Covid-19 vaccine. But still a lot needs to be done in this direction.

After the vaccine is ready, the first task will be to find out how safe it is. If it were to cause more problems than the disease, then the vaccine would not be of any benefit.

In clinical trials, it will be seen whether the vaccine is able to develop resistance against Covid-19 so that people do not get caught after taking the vaccine.

Even after the vaccine is ready, billions of doses will need to be prepared. The vaccine will also need approval from drug regulatory agencies.

Even if all this happens, the big challenge will remain. Arrangements will also have to be made for logistic arrangements to deliver its food to billions of people around the world.

After allowing the human clinical trial of the indigenous vaccine Covaxin and ZyCov-D for the corona virus in India, the government said it was 'the beginning of the end of the corona'.

The Union Ministry of Science and Technology in India has said in its letter that more than 100 vaccines are being tested all over the world and only 11 of them are undergoing human trials.

Each phase can take months to years to complete.

The letter from the ministry came at a time when there was a dispute over deciding the last date of release of the ICMR vaccine to 15 August.

However, ICMR has now made it clear that the vaccine will come on the market only on the basis of global regulations.

Among the two indigenous vaccines that have been allowed to undergo human trials in India are Covaxin of Bharat Biotech and ZyCov-D of Zaedus Cadila.

Permission for first and second phase testing was received this week.
